Dr. Robert G. Gordon, 98, passed away April 10, 2014.

From 1946 to 1964 he served as a medical missionary in the Sudan, Africa, under the auspices of the United Presbyterian Church.  In 1965 he became the director of Mora Valley Medical Unit* in Mora Valley, New Mexico.  In 1972 he resigned from mission work and went into private practice in Clayton, New Mexico, retiring in 1983.  His wife preceded him in death in 1999 and is survived by daughters Lisabeth (John) Szilagyi, Marcia Turner, Joyce (Bob) Thompson, Patricia (Merle) Guntz, and sons Creigh, John (Susan), and Stuart (Nancy), eighteen grandchildren and twenty two great grandchildren.

*Before Jeannie Jordan Byers was married she worked with Dr. Gordon at the medical center.

Mary Martha O. Jamison entered into eternal joy April 7, 2014.

A graduate of Westminster College with a double major in music and Bible and where she met and married Paul W. Jamison, MD
They served in Egypt at the Tanta Hospital as medical missionaries from 1947-1971.  An accomplished musician, Mary Martha
used her gifts to bless many through organ and piano music, soprano solos and choral direction.
