We had a good reunion in Portland with a number of people from out West, many new-timers and perhaps even first-timers. Not many from the east coast went, but the idea of moving these reunions around to different places certainly proved its worth this time. The venue was really nice – a large old hotel on the edge of the city with over 70 acres of beautiful gardens and various things to do. The Board decided to hold the 2018 grand reunion in the same place. Oregon has very nice summer weather, and it’s a gorgeous place. Hopefully people from all over will come to see the northwestern US and make a vacation of it.
